The absolute worst trash/recycling company we’ve ever had. 5 states over 30 years and these guys take the cake as the laziest most useless garbage men ever. They pick up our recycling on average 1.8x a month. Now I know where they located, I can bring my trash to their doorstep after they failed to pick it up again and I’ll make sure all my personal info is separated out. Great customer service. Among the best customer service of all companies I deal with. You can get a human on the phone during business hours without going through long phone trees. The customer service folks are friendly and efficient. I asked for a replacement for a broken trash cart and it was delivered within hours. THe truck drivers are very skilled friendly and efficient. They will even get out to pick up large paper garden waste bags or large boxes on appropriate pickup days. They
