Westchester AV sourced good equipment for our congregation's installation, but provided poor follow up support. The tech who serviced our equipment often couldn't solve problems with the equipment, and we had to learn how to debug the installation issues ourselves, finding issues with using the correct cables and other stability problems. In the end, the problematic tech left Westchester AV without leaving admin passwords behind, leaving us locked out of some of our equipment. Overall a horrible

Very pleased with the job of Westchester Audio Design. The techs are very professional and sweet. I recommend them 100% Mr. Naeim did my shades and I love them. Thank you very much for your great job!
