We had some pet damage in two different areas from our dogs & needed a good deep clean in our high traffic areas & he took care of everything for us! Our carpets look BRAND NEW & you can’t even tell the dogs destroyed certain areas where he repaired. I am beyond happy with this service. He was greatly priced as well as quick, efficient & on time. Super friendly too. We will 100% be getting our carpets done by Ross again when we need them done. It’s hard to find quality work that doesn’t overchar
