West side drain was great! I called on Sunday, on Tuesday they came and cleaned my septic tank. I had a lot of questions about how septic tanks work since I never had one at my other homes. He spent extra time to explain everything to me. I'd highly recommend them.

They came out the next day and diagnosed and cleared a clog.

Scheduling was easy. Timely visit. Arrived promptly and described the work they would be doing. Recommended a third part for 6" tank collar extensions. Fully explained the process and resolved our sand filter blocked line issue.

These guys were great. I have used them for septic tank pumping and also cleaning out a long run drain system that has become completely clogged. Honest and fair pricing. Will definitely stick with them in the future.
