Jimmy (sales) came out and walked us thru the process for ordering our door, measuring and noting all the details. Then Alex and Richard arrived early on the appointed day and did a great install. A minor glitch (tiny ray of light) showed up later and when notified Westshore quickly sent out a new tech who fixed it in 5 minutes for free. We were quite satisfied.

Absolutely terrible! Do not use them for a bathroom renovation as you will 100% regret your choice as I am. I signed with Jen (my sales person who was not honest about the scope of work) in December of 25...It wasn't great but it has been down hill since then.
