These guys were great. They took out an old electric fireplace and replaced it with a new one. They were on time, kind and professional highly recommend if you have any fireplace work.

I'm still debating whether or not to convert my fireplace from a wood burner and replace it with a gas insert. The folks at West Penn Fireplace were helpful both on the phone and for an in-store visit. I don't feel any pressure to make a purchase from West Penn Fireplace, nor was there any " if you buy today" sales pitch. I think the price that I was quoted for the work to be done is fair and honest.
