I had my HVAC / furnace replaced through Tim West. He was knowledgeable and offered cost-effective options. I’m now writing this review 3 years after installation. A small issue came up and he serviced the HVAC and fixed the problem without charge. Recommend him as a local, small business option for heating and cooling.

Horrible service! I paid for them to come out as I was having issues with HVAC, and absolutely no work was done at all. I was left in the same condition that had me call for repair. Today, I contacted a different company, and they came out, diagnosed , and fixed the issue. Now my home is getting cool air. It's a shame I wasted time and money with this company to come out and do absolutely nothing! Never again!
