After booking a consultation on the link they provided, I called them when no one showed up for the appointment. Strangely, I had the same conversation again about whether I could afford the job and confirmed an appointment for 2:30 same day. Again no call, no show. Seems pretty odd that on a job valued at between 30 - 70k they couldn't even show up or call to cancel
