I bought a Napoleon grill from them last year 1,679.90 not inexpensive. Some would say very expensive bought on 6/7/25. It’s May so less than a year. Wanted to Grill for Mother’s Day. I tried the grill and burner not lighting. Went to back to Watson’s to see if they would stand by their sale. It’s 5 days later missed mom’s day grilling so far all I have gotten from them is promises Napoleon would call me. Find Another patio place and Napoleon just has me on hold and wants me to use their websit

We recently completed a whole house remodel. The end of the project we needed new fireplace doors, patio and pool deck furniture.
