Explained to Carly that the tank cover has been dug up and tank lid is ready to come off and has been that way for several days waiting for Bolton Septic. Originally spoke with Carly in the office regarding their service. She is very nice and gave me all the information I needed. Joe came out on the scheduled date and cleaned out our septic and installed risers and lids for the cleanouts. He is a great guy and did a super job. I had a great overall experience and I highly recommend them...!
