I am giving Darville Company a five star for the installation and the plumber Mr Wade who installed my softener. I haven't had my softener long enough to rate the taste and quality of water I am getting. Darville Company is a very honest company. Mr Wade is one of the hardest working men I know. Outstanding product, my wife and I Installed the pro ultra in our house when my daughter was born due to concerns with our water here in Des Moines. The difference is noticeable, not just in taste but in feel! We had our water tested, and this system has completely removed all of the hardness And nitrates we were so concerned with. We went ahead and did the sink top reverse osmosis too. My sister in law fills up a gallon whenever she comes to our house!
