I had a crawl space that needed structural repairs. Thomas did a full inspection of all piers within the area and recommend only three that needed repairs despite there being several more that were still in good condition. He could have said all needed replacement to inflate the bill, but was honest. Thomas arrived, did the job and cleaned up his mess along with existing debris. The pricing was fair. Both the buyers and myself were happy with the end results.
