James seemed very helpful when he came out to our house in August to look at what needed to be patched/repaired. The plumbers finished their part of the job in late September and we've been waiting for over 2 months for Waterloo Plastering to patch the stucco. We've been told they are coming multiple times and they don't show up. This has been a very frustrating experience. Our builder has called, emailed and sent texts with no response. I've also left messages to find out if they are coming
