We have had the filter water for over 20 yrs. The last 2 service appointments were awful. The tech are rude and insisting we needed a new system. Would not guarantee his work and left. Charged us $286. He didn't even empty the tank Now we have problems with constant beeping changed the battery and we are totally a out of water. Can't get anyone on the phone either. We are done with this company. They should teach their techs some customer service skills. Awful!!!! T

We had our water softener installed about 2 years ago. We had zero problems with installation. The company is easy to reach. I had one issue with our internet. A tech was able to walk me thru to the solution . By the way , this is the second home we have lived in with a water softener from Water Techniques!

Water Techniques is a joke. While there is nothing wrong with their water, their attitude to their customers is amazingly bad. If nothing goes wrong, all is fine.
