My dealings with Angel was great. Very professional and articulate. He explained in detail and I never felt he was taking advantage. The installation guys were also great. Jordan and Joe. Finally Lisa who did my order for my 10 yr supply of soap and my free cookware was very energetic and friendly. Superior Water has some great employees. I would highly recommend them.

Not good, run away. This service is not good and they overcharge you, then lock you into a ridiculously high loan that charges daily interest. In addition, they do not service their parts like they claim, there is no answered call after repeated calls and voicemails for servicing for 3 months straight. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere the same system is available much cheaper and without any of the headache. This is a scam,they are also not BBB accredited if you need further evidence. I ha
