I am a contractor, I installed this system in my brothers new home and he LOVES it. Had a slight problem (user error) with the RO system, I needed to some parts replaced and Water Inc. took care of me! Customer Service is outstanding! Everything was super fast and easy, special shout out to the wiser gentleman I met briefly and Gerret the warehouse. I look forward to the next project I get where I can push your system! I placed an order but had to cancel it within the same business day. Customer service responded and said perhaps they could cancel the order. Weeks later I received neither the product nor the refund. I have made multiple phone calls and sent multiple messages to customer service and never gotten a response. It's been more than 6 weeks and spent over $300 on nothing.

Great customer service. Would like to thank Claudia for going out her way to reach out to me personally on water softener parts. We had issues with warranty and she was able to manage all transactions with the manufacturer.
