Julian Arroyo is spectacular. He is knowledgeable and skillful craftsman. I felt no pressure. He clearly understands that homeowners with broken water heaters are vulnerable and he makes every effort to be transparent. He started around 1100 and was done by 3pm. (New water heater with recirculating pump). He cleaned up all the mess. OMG what a relief to have this fixed. Thank you!

Would not recommend. Equipment Substandard Installation problematic Warranty is a Scam, they have 200$ visit charge for warranty repair plus they charge you arm and a leg for fixing on their own equipment which they did not install correctly.
