Great service! Starting with the quote to the installation. The quote came in $300 less than the other companies. They gave recommendations with backup reasons supporting the recommendations. The recommendation was not the most expensive one, it was the one that was right for our house. The technician was respectful, knowledgeable, thorough and gave us great information on the care of our water heater. Cheers!

Called for an estimate and sent a few photos and were out the next day. Technician handled the job with ease and was very thorough.

They were so nice to spend time on the phone with me explaining everything. We then set up an appointment for the next day and the technician brought two different water heaters to see which one fit and put in an extra thing to extend the hot water tank capacity. I called like 4 places the day after my water heater broke and this place had the most information over the phone. Excellent customer service.

I liked the fast service and the price beat out three other quotes. One other nameless company even put me on a rotating schedule just to come and look at my situation for a quote, which meant I had to take time off my work to be on their time and they never showed up....but Water Heaters Now actually gave me a window and they were friendly and professional.

Highly recommend! Brooks installed a new water softener, and Brooks and Tou installed new on demand hot water heater. They were very friendly and professional. They explained what the jobs entailed and answered all of our questions.

Water heater broke on a Friday. I had a new water heater by Monday. Received a better product than competitors at the lowest price I found. Professional and friendly installation and passed inspection without issues.
