My water heater hit its life expectancy. I searched around on Google and after a few calls and price checks, I hit it off with Brian from Water Heaters ASAP. Excellent communication and very fair with his pricing. He goes above n beyond with his service. Very clean and organized. This will be my go to guy from here on out.

We ended up having to hire another vendor for a job due to this guy not going out. This guy called our maintenance director cursing and told our maintenance director to "go back to Mexico". We have the recorded voicemail and screenshot of the voicemail transcript with the phone number as well to show proof. If he said that to our maintenance director, I wonder what he says about others. Absolutely unprofessional. We ended business with them "ASAP".
