Arrived on time, replaced the water heater for 1/2 the price of any of the other big name companies using the same quality and brand of heater.

Awesome service. Tim is very responsive, punctual and honest. He came the day and at the time he said we was going to and was very accommodating when I had a schedule conflict. Highly recommended.

Took off time from work to meet this company for a scheduled appointment.. He never showed up and didn't return my calls.

Tim was so very helpful and patient. He helped me by phone because of time constraints to determine what was wrong with my water heaters and then talked me thru how to fix it. When I offered to pay he declined and just said to tell others that might need his services. What an amazing experience. A true professional and kind person. He will be my first call next time I’m in need.

I wish I could give them six stars! Our water heater was leaking and had caused some flood damage to our basement. I called Tim and he came out the next day (a Saturday) and got everything taken care of. He was very efficient, professional, and helpful. I highly, highly recommend them!
