I definitely recommend Water Heater Pros for a Residential tankless water heater.

Manager (Jose) was very considerate to fit my changing schedule (3 times) and the expert technician (Ryan) privideded detailed explanation/reasoning as he knew it was the first (overdue) cleaning of our Navien tankless and I would be doing the annual cleaning myself. His diagnostic process/explanations were great and he set up a follow up to insure to schedule a additional check valve to avoid problems. Great team. Reasonable price. I fully recommend.
