I’ve had the occasion to use Water Heater Pete at 2 properties I have and both experiences have been excellent. Brian our technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. On one project in particular he was servicing a tankless hot water heater I had installed 5 years earlier by another company. He pointed out that the gas line was not plumbed correctly as flex line is not approved for this application. He also pointed out that the unit had not been converted to propane by the previous installer
