Water Heater Doctor did a great job replacing our 26 year old water heater in the home we just bought. Yes, you heard that right - 26 year old water heater. They were quick to respond, super helpful, and their pricing was fantastic. Our cellar where the water heater is was a bit of a difficult spot to get equipment in & out, but Brandon was great all around. Super nice guy also. 10/10.

Great experience! Our HWH sprung a leak and had to be replaced. Brandon arrived with the new heater but not until the old heater was removed that the extent of water damage was exposed. (The heater was in a very small tight alcove and hid the damaged area.) The installation had to be interrupted while the water damage was repaired. WHD was very accommodating and allowed me as much time to do the repair. When repairs were done the return visit was quickly rescheduled and the final installation co
