I went to the Home Show in Tacoma and “won” the worst Friday evening of our adult lives in Washington. I “won” a prize at the home show if I allowed one of their folks to share a home assessment on Fire and Safety. We got “Deputy Dog” to show us video after video on a tablet regarding deaths by home fires. I finally asked him “Are you selling me something or just sharing information”? It’s now 5:15pm on a Friday, and he’s been here over an hour. “I just want to save lives” he says. I respond “No

We “won” a raffle at the home show. They were weird and pushy about trying to schedule a technician to deliver our raffle. Very 1940’s, would only schedule if my husband was home. Reading back to some old reviews and seems like they have a history of being pushy.

Their air filters did NOTHING to get rid of the Sterno fumes in my home. I've lost my house!!
