I like this company and their product. Had an issue this year, though, but they listened and worked with me to make it right.

I cannot overstate how poorly run and unprofessional Wagner Sod is. Their crew cut directly through a clearly marked fiber optic cable in our yard—complete with caution signs and flags—and never told us. We only found out that evening when our internet stopped working. When I reported the issue and sent pictures, they insisted they had to “swing by the next day to confirm.” Once they finally admitted they had cut the line, they said they’d follow up the next day to discuss compensation.
