I had a minor problem with my pool cleaner and I called in to the office and spoke to Sean. I thought perhaps it could wait till the next day as his day was complete already, but he insisted on coming over immediately in order to ensure that there was no bigger problem. He sorted out the pool cleaner and even vacuumed my pool for me, and could not have been more pleasant about extending his work day! Thank you Vortex Pools. I am very glad to be a customer of yours.
