***This is a review for the company as a whole. Not this location directly*** Terrible customer service. You sign up for a FIVE year contract. Hidden fees and mediocre overpriced system. I was on the phone for an HOUR trying to cancel when I moved homes. They try and up sell while on the phone with them even when you clearly explain you dont own the home anymore. LONG holding times with call centers you barely understand they English with tons of noise in the background of other employees helpin

Vivint salesman will tell you what ever you they want to get their cameras on your house. Customer service is make every phone call feel like pulling teeth. If my cameras were not paid for and my contract paid off I would be changing to ring cameras. Absolutely fed up with this company! Just know when reading these reviews, it starts out great until it’s not and you are locked into a 5 year deal.

(This review is not necessarily for this location…just Vivint in general) DO NOT RECOMMEND. Currently sitting on hold for 30+ mins trying to get a camera fixed. When we signed up we were never told there would be an EXTRA FEE of $100 for a technician to come fix THEIR PRODUCTS. They sell you on the equipment (our technician who installed ruined stucco btw) and then don’t back up the service. This was never discussed when we signed up.
