Absolute scam. I have yet to pay off my cameras and they are already not working and the fix is to buy their new cameras. Complete scam.

The equipment itself is fine. However, ever since the salesman showed up to my door. Customer service and everything has been absolutely horrible. The salesman lied to me and told me that when I move I would have free uninstall and install if I signed with him that day. I am now paying 350 total to move equipment to a new house. Just to add that in there. I have been told additional fees would not apply if I signed up that day. Additional fees were added and the deal was not followed through. I
