Aidan was very persistent—in the best way possible! He is extremely knowledgeable about his products and took the time to thoroughly explain how the camera systems work. We were amazed by how efficient and advanced the cameras are. His attention to detail and professionalism made the experience outstanding. We’re excited to be Vivint customers!

I was super satisfied with my ADT alarm and wasn't originally interested in switching to a new system. BUT! If you've ever had to deal with ADT's customer service...you may consider something new if for no other reason. Also, the included equipment at the cost is unreal. I highly recommend this system for the quality, the features, the price and customer service. Trust me....worth it!!!!
