Vivint STOLE MONEY FROM US. We have had Vivint for 5 years or more. Nothing but great service until recently. A rep came to house and offered an upgrade. We decided it was needed. The cost of equipment was to be put on payment plan with no upfront cost. Well that is where everything takes a dive. They took almost $600 out of my account which caused some personal banking issues and 2 weeks later have yet to return the money.
