Every thing was fine until I text Evan that he missed our biggest window in the home. Our master bedroom has 3 panes along with the sun screen. Not a big deal but he’s not concerned about fixing the issue even after I paid $447.00 that includes the $40 tip as well. So after all the denial and I’m not important anymore he says he’s too busy to make this right and I would have to wait 2 weeks until he can fit me in his schedule. Salesman was very professional and efficient. The material was excellent and the installation went off smoothly as an added note they showed up when they said they would not four hours later. It was a great experience.
