11/10 experience, not only was Eliud detailed, he was extremely informative as he checked each and every piece of the property. He is definitely the guy for this type of Job and what I respect the most is his honesty ! The report is clean and very well put together. Would highly recommend his service to anyone

Eluid was so incredibly thorough, which when it comes to a home inspection you want and NEED! He walked us through all the specifics and considerations of the house - from the age of the boiler to maintenance we’d need to consider upon purchase. We will be using him again! (We aren’t ultimately going with the house). He was really informative and felt like a partner in the process. I will be recommending him to friends and family!
