Our floors look great! That's where the positive experience with this company ends. We hired them to install new LVP flooring and a kitchen range hoodvent. From the start, there was a lack of communication on his end. Due to respiratory disease and needing to avoid dust, we got a hotel for the 4-5 days he said he needed to finish our project. No doubt Keith can install floors. However, he can’t complete the job fully, let alone show up. We have been waiting for over a month on empty promises of him coming back to finish. Buyer beware! Especially with the all cash discount. Response to owner: Haven’t heard a word in over a month, but you can reply to this in less than a day?? Absolutely beautiful job from Keith and his team! We were in a bit of a situation and they were able to accommodate us in a timely fashion! Would recommend to anyone of my friends and family. Very kind and fast response time! I plan on using Vital for more projects! The carpet install is beautiful and so plush, making it safe for my 5 month old to play on.
