I ordered two cordless lamps many months ago and pre-paid them. All I am getting is notices that they are - once again - delayed. If you don’t have them in stock - and you clearly aren’t hurrying to manufacture them - is this really the best you can do? I am cancelling my order through the designer and will never order from you again. The very poorest customer service I have ever experienced.

Visual Comfort in Portland, Oregon is such a beautiful showroom. There is a variety of wonderful fixtures on display and the staff is very knowledgable and helpful. As an interior designer, I like to take my clients there to look for decorative fixtures as well as architectural lighting. I have ordered several light fixtures from VC and they always arrive in perfect condition, and the quality is beautiful.

Carolyn & Amy were SOOOOO incredibly helpful and knowledgable when walking us and our clients through the architectural lighting options available through VC. Interesting to see I'm not the only company having issues with these guys. They shut our account down as well for a bunch of lies and never cared to call us to talk about it or fix it! Yes, there are more than a dozen companies in Az that have accounts open with this company, yet shouldn't have an account whatsoever! They have stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from us cause the customers give them our pricing. These guys don't have showrooms, they have nothing on display, yet their accou
