Always a positive experience

Do not spend any money here unless they have what you want in STOCK. It’s a bait and switch. They will promise delivery’s that just won’t come. If you like something, put it in your trunk and take it home.

A daunting task was made very easy and the results were perfect. Cathy narrowed my selection down to three, and the result was so much better than I imagined. The fixture is the perfect scale and has a beautiful affect on the space. We are so pleased.

Madalina and Katy in the Birmingham store have gone above and beyond—from efficiency with ordering, making selections, and placement for all the lighting for our custom build. On top of being professional and helpful, they are always friendly and easy to work with. It’s been such a great experience and I would definitely recommend!

My fiance and I drove from Plymouth to Birmingham to visit Visual Comfort, upon our arrival, we were not acknowledged by any of the sales associates. We walked around for at least 10-15 minutes before needing to approach someone to ask about the process. The person we spoke with gave us a label scanner, showed us how to use it, and asked a bit about our project.
