I'm sure everybody understands life is life and we miss payments, or we forget why because life happens. It's amazing to me how condescending the woman is that calls when you do not make a payment. I have her message saved, unbelievable! The last time this happened, she called me. I went and I made a payment. We hung up the phone I went and I checked my account and oh my goodness I wasn't late. Office staff is wonderful, they worked with me and were very patient with all of the changes that I needed with my 4yd rental. The delivery and pick up guys were also very friendly and understanding. Sad I'm moving out of your service area... will definitely miss your service. Thanks so much !
