I had a system put in over a year and half ago. It was supposed to produce over 13000kwh, and was told my current consumption was 8000kwh for an offset of 136% The evaluation person said I have sunlight hitting my home to produce the full amount and went ahead with the proposal that I have in writing. On The original proposal the layout was out of the way of a large tree. When the installers came they put the whole system on the part under the tree. You have changed company names more than once

HORRIBLE customer service. We got solar from them years ago, then there was a recall on our LG battery. Excel came and took the battery, promised us the new one is coming and its been THREE YEARS. we still have not gotten our replacement battery. No one ever answers the phone or calls us back.

We purchased a solar panel system last year from Excel Solar, which was purchased by Vista Energy Renewables. We were asked to provide one year's worth of electric bills. We were told REPEATEDLY that based on our previous usage, Excel Solar would calculate the appropriate number of panels we would need to produce 100% of our electricity needs. We were also told that the $185 monthly solar panels payment would be ALL we would pay forever because we would no longer be paying FPL anything--EVER. In

This company bought Excel Home Solar of StPete & won't service their customers now Due to Vista Energy not upholding the warranty of my system, I am forced to file with Pinellas County Consumer Protection to get a resolution.

Stay clear of this company. Been complaining for over a year. Issues still not fixed. It's not producing the wattage we are expecting to get. Look for other solar company. UPDATE: FINALLY THE PARTS WAS REPLACED LAST WEEK. REASON WHY ITS NOT WORKING, EXCEL/VISTA TECHNICIANS INSTALL THE PARTS INCORRECTLY. NOW ONE OF THE SOLAR PANEL IS NOT WORKING.
