Texted VIP to look at my broken garage door opener. They were able to come the same day to take a look, diagnose the issue, replace the sensors and give the whole system a tune up. There was no high pressure sales pitch or trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. To the contrary, JD told me it would be best to keep the opener I have, even though it’s old. The team was very knowledgeable. They were honest, friendly and fair.
