Gary the owner was fantastic to deal with on the phone about getting an appointment to clean all our carpets. Jesse came out and did a great job. Our carpet hadn't been cleaned in a few years. Both Carol and I were amazed at the terrific job Josh did. Carpet looks like new. Very service oriented We have used other carpet cleaning services in the past and none of them did any where close to the quality Viking Chem - Dry did. Carol and i highly recommend them. I love Chem-Dry. Gary is prompt and efficient. The process does not take a long time and I love that the carpet is not shaking wet when it is finished. It drys very quickly. I have two older cats and throw ups can be quite frequent. After Gary has cleaned my carpets they look bran new.
