I stopped in today looking for an additional down rod for a chandelier. The woman at the front was kind and did everything she could to help. When she asked a coworker, “Bert,” how much to charge for the rod, he loudly called back to us from about 15 feet away, “The down rods are for our customers only,” in a very dismissive tone. She was very apologetic, but the interaction was shocking. I’m in the beginning of remodeling an entire house right now and was ready to become a regular customer. Af

The options and attention were very good, and they really know their work. If you want to place a special order, you can choose from their catalog. However, if you order more than you need and need to return some items, they charge a 50% restocking fee, which I think is completely unfair. Also, the bulbs I saw on the fixtures were different from the ones that came with them—they said they didn’t have the same ones in stock, so I had to buy new bulbs from Home Depot again.
