Viktor does a FANTASTIC job, beginning with a thorough walk through to understand the scope of work. We have a lot of windows, and other window cleaning estimators just did a quick walk around. Viktor took the time to inspect the condition of the windows inside and out. During his interior inspection, he cranked open the easement windows and showed us how pine needles and bug bodies lodge themselves at the top of the window frame and are only visible when the the window is cranked open fully.
