There are so many cows here. More than the eye can easily hold. They stand close together, in conditions that do not seem to honor the lives they are living. These are not objects. These are mothers. Beings who breathe, who feel the heat of the sun and the weight of their days. Our food systems carry suffering that most of us never have to see. Driving past this place made that suffering visible to me. I am grateful for that visibility, even as it was painful. May the cows here be treated with

Drove past today to see skinny cows with their ribs showing trying to get to tiny patches of dead grass outside the fence for something to eat. I am only leaving this review because no one answered my calls. Please, I am begging you- please do better for these creatures.
