I'm updating my review because, although what happened cannot be undone, the phone call that I received from Jesse was an attempt to make it right, and I appreciate his honesty and willingness to try to accommodate my needs. As I said, mistakes happen and Jesse owned up to the mistake on the part of his staff, and even offered to pay my bill.
