Let me first start off that I used this company in the past two years ago. Great company. Until they changed owners. I scheduled a service for Friday APR 16 2026. I was originally told they would be there at 1pm which was fine because I was working from home since I had a dentist appointment at 8am. By 9am as I was leaving my dentist appointment they called to say they were on their way. Caught off guard, I asked them if I could pay extra to have them remove the stuff from my patio since t
