I see a lot of positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience was not a good one. I contacted the company for assistance with an existing solar inverter that was displaying an error following a utility power surge. My expectation was that the technician dispatched would have troubleshooting experience with solar inverters and electrical diagnostics. Upon arrival, the technician immediately suggested the inverter likely needed replacement before reviewing the error code or diagnosing the iss
