I went through the car wash, I am a member, came out and had odd black spots covering my beautiful Subaru and all over the windows. I had them take pictures. I videoed and talked with staff. I’m highly concerned as they put me through the other bay for another car wash and none of it came off. They told me I’d be contacted and no one has contacted me yet. I’m very concerned about this possible damage to my car and what they’re gonna do to rectify it if anything.
