I couldn’t have asked for a better technician than Arnaldo. He setup my entire Vector security system explaining every aspect as he proceeded through the process. He setup my system on my phone per my request which was an additional nominal monthly charge. I feel it is definitely worth it to be able to monitor my system while up north. He is knowledgeable, polite and gave me the requisite amount of time that I needed. Definitely ask for him when setting up your appointment.
