Elver and team refinished our walk-out basement (TV/music room and laundry room) after we had water damage. They replaced the bottom third of all the walls with metal studs, water-resistant drywall and plastic trim, which was a significant amount of work. They installed a door at the bottom of the stairs and added a new custom bookshelf along the top of one wall, a new recessed shelf unit for our AV equipment by the TV (TV is not shown in the photos but you can see the black TV mounting bracket
