Robert installed our 2 new toilets and the whole experience was wonderful!! He was quick on giving us a fair quote (we got multiple quotes and his was the best and he was the most knowledgeable!) We were able to get him out quickly to do the job. He was efficient, did the job perfectly, cleaned up after himself, and was overall just great to work with. We’ve had experiences with other plumbers and Robert is by far the best. He was referred to me by my dad, who he’s done several projects for him

So happy I called Vanguard. Robert was very prompt, assessed our leaky pool fill valve, gave 2 different ways to fix it (temporary to buy some schedule time or completely). He was very very reasonable when it came time to pay for the service. I will be calling Vanguard again. Great service and professional.

The service provider, Robert was very thorough and explained everything, providing a breakdown of everything at the end. We wanted an inspection of our whole condo to make sure there were no leaks. He suggested some fixes to make sooner, (faucets, connections) and some repairs that could wait a bit.
