Do not use this service. We had him take care of my mother in laws house while she was in Colorado. She was in the process of selling the house. He said he put down rock which was never done and he was to pull weeds and clean the back yard up. This was also not done. We had our realtor checking on the house and said none of these things were done. We called and texted numerous times but it is almost impossible to get a hold of him.
